    How many people watched Empire?
They say what goes up must come down and the Empire television show has not been an exception to the rule.  The show’s ratings have been consistently decreasing this season.  While some blame the show’s celebrity guest stars others, like 50 Cent, have criticized Lee Daniels for pushing “too much gay stuff.”

Empire’s most recent ratings and the show’s number of viewers have been more believable as of late.  After the show’s record-breaking first season, the show set the bar extremely high for itself. So how many people watched Empire?

For the TV show Empire, season 2 has been a cooling period after a red-hot first season of record-breaking numbers.  Empire’s second season has been an overall success and the show’s remaining episodes of this season will feature amazing guest stars including Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz.

For cast members like Grace Gealey, the show’s numbers remain unbelievable considering the fact she made her acting debut on Empire.  The Empire television show is still the number 1 show of Wednesday nights yet its most recent episode, True Love Never, dropped to a season-low 4.2 ratings among the 18-49 adult demographic.

One thing is certain: We still love the TV show Empire. Season 2 has offered great music along with numerous unforgettable moments.  Empire’s second season may lack the first season’s record breaking numbers yet the show continues to offer valuable enjoyable content week after week.

So who is a better dresser between Cookie Lyon and Olivia Pope? Fox’s Empire Season 2 has introduced viewers to a less flamboyant Cookie Lyon while we are all still inspired to pull off Olivia Pope’s look after every episode of Scandal.

    Cookie Lyon Fashion
Cookie Lyon’s fashion varies to say the least.  From her Gucci dresses to those Fendi furs, it’s hard to hate on Cookie’s style.  For Fox, Empire season 2 shows a more reserved side of Cookie’s wardrobe.

We have not seen as many animal prints this season, as Cookie has been back home from jail and has clearly had an opportunity to update her wardrobe.  Cookie’s fashion is now on the same level as her business goals.

Olivia Pope’s fashion is stunning.  Her modern feminine wardrobe is simply amazing.  She is always on point in her perfectly tailored suit and beautiful gowns.
Olivia’s style represents “new D.C.” from her unforgettable Max Mara pieces to that Christian Dior we couldn’t stop staring at.

    Hairstyles
Taraji P. Henson’s hair is always flawless on the Empire TV show.  From that beautiful waist-length pony to her amazing loose curls, Cookie’s hair never fails to amaze.

    Empire Boom Boom Lyrics

Yet another banger from the Empire Season 2 Soundtrack.  This post provides Empire’s Boom Boom lyrics.   The official title of the song is ‘Boom Boom Boom Boom’ and the track features Freda Gatz (Bre-Z) and Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard).

‘Boom Boom Boom Boom’ was inspired by Lucious’ mother, Leah Walker, played by Kelly Rowland.  The song will be featured on the Empire Season 2 Soundtrack, set to release Friday, November 20, 2015.

Nothing less than the best so the rest is old
Don’t wanna play chess wanna lock and load
Wanna tag some toes wanna send you home
    It ain’t about the pain

People see you trying hard like why you wanna play with me
I bring them heaters out somebody better pray for me
Cause all I know is this money I gotta have it
These suicidal thoughts getting bad I’m getting madder
Uh they say the good die young I put the pedal to the medal hit the gas then I’m gone
Now I’m front line at the court and I’m ’bout to take a shot
I pull it up cock it back let it fly
Now I’m watching for the back board
And when they say the world is yours I just let them know
    That I’m just trynna score

If you ever been through it then I’m knowing you gotta feel it
You witnessing the struggle from the realest what the deal is
They trynna lock me down but they created a monster
I’m beating down your block and nobody can’t stop us
You was over there talking all kinds of tough
While you sipping on your little bit of “pick me up”
When you say you like to play a little fist to cuff
So when the whistle puffs I’m gonna call your bluff)
Words from a wise man never let ’em see you hand
In the end I bet they all gon’ understand
You can’t stop what you can’t see standing here is only me
So place your bet and gone prepare for your defeat
(I caught a new jack it said get God ya check
There’s a brother over there that wanna bounce your neck
Ain’t you afraid of that watch you fade to black)
