    So, Why Does It Say Following Under Names On Instagram? Social media is no longer new so it has to evolve to remain relevant.  That’s why the unpopular Instagram changes are coming fast.  So what does it mean when it says Following under someones name on Instagram?



    The image below provides an example of Instagram’s following feature.  Under empirefox.facts it says “Following”.  Towards the bottom of the image you’ll notice a “Followed by…+#” notification as the company’s new feature is similar to Facebook’s suggest friends system.

    Independent reports that Instagram is currently trailing a new feature that will allow users to see when someone is following them back.  Users will see a “Following” notification in their search results.  The feature will also send an alert if you “follow each other”.

    The New York Times reports that Instagram users fear that the tool will hid the posts they actually want to see once the company’s algorithm changes are implemented.

    An orange dot next to an app means it is the beta version of the app.  If you see an orange dot on Instagram’s direct message or home icon it means that you have an unread message.

  • ‘Empire’s Trai Byers & Grace Gealey Got Married!

    Congratulations are in order for Empire’s own Trai Byers (Andre) and Grace Gealey (Anika “Boo Boo Kitty”)! Trai Byers and Grace Gealey got married last week in a private ceremony on the Cayman Islands. Gealey and Byers confirmed the reports in a joyous Instagram photo of the happy newly wed couple posted to both their respective accounts on Sunday.

    “We’re married!” Gealey and Byers wrote in the caption. “God is so good. To all who have extended congrats and well wishes, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Love, Mr. & Mrs. Byers.” Aww!

    According to TMZ, only about 50 friends and family were in attendance during the very private island wedding — and none of the Empire co-stars were there. Guests who were there dined on steak and lobster during the reception, reported TMZ.
    Byers and Gealey revealed their relationship and engagement last summer. Since then, they’ve been more public about their love, posting sweet IG photos together.
    Congrats again to the happy couple!

  • Barnaby Joyce Johnny Depp

    Porsha used her grandmother’s mut to get her job back on Empire whereas Johnny Depp’s muts almost landed his wife in jail.

    The following video from Barnaby Joyce’s Facebook page shows Johnny Depp’s apology for bringing dogs to Australia.  In the video, the couple describes the importance of biosecurity in Australia.  The couple describes Australia as unique and explains that it must be protected from pests.

    The Daily Mail describes the apology as awkward and analyzes whether it’s their least convincing performance to date. 
    The Guardian reports that Depp’s wife, Amber Heard, was given a one-month good behavior bond with no conviction.  Heard was prosecuted for bringing the couple’s dogs into Australia illegally.

    Heard brought the couple’s two dogs, Boo and Pistol, to Australia via private jet on April 21, 2015.  Heard pleaded guilty to falsifying quarantine documents.  Two illegal importation of an animal charges were dropped prior to the trial.

    Johnny Depp should have hired Porsha to represent him in the case.  We are certain that she would have loved to give Barnaby Joyce a piece of her mind.

    We are glad the DogGate scandal is finally done, enabling Johnny Depp and Amber Heard to move on with their lives.

    Despite being on the same record label and recently starring in Barbershop: the Next Cut together, Tyga and Nicki Minaj do not get along.  In Minaj’s video for “Feeling Myself” she wears a number 17 jersey with the word “PERVERT” on it.  
    Tyga and Nicki’s feud started after Tyga leaked the song “Truffle Butter”.  Tyga leaked the song after he found out Nicki Minaj claimed it.
