    How To Change The Language On Instagram 2016

    The tricky part about changing the language on Instagram is that you can’t.  Instead you have to change the language on your phone.  The photo-sharing app has made numerous changes and we’re here to help you adjust to them.
    The company is now showing notifications in Urdu.  The app has traditionally only shown the language your device is set to but the company recently changed that in an attempt to make the app more user friendly.
    How To Change The Language On Instagram 2016
    iPhone
    Use the following instructions to change the language on your iPhone, iPad or iPod:
    • From the Home screen select the Settings icon:

    • Next, select General
    • Tap Language & Region
    • Select the first item on the screen which reads [Device] Language
    • Select your language and then choose done
    Android
    • Select Settings
    • Next, select Language and Input
    • Select Language
    • Select the language of your choice
    Windows
    • Go to Settings by swiping down and tapping the gear icon
    • Scroll down and select Language
    • Press the plus sign
    • Select the language you wish and then tap the check button
    • Select the button located above the languages in order to restart your device
    Urdu
    Urdu is the official language of Pakistan and is currently spoken by nearly 100 million people around the world.  Over the past few years the number of young people who wish to learn the language has dramatically increased.  
    While there are some that believe the language should be taught to anyone who wants to learn it, others think that the language, and its script, should be protected.  The script is traditionally written in Nastaleeq.  When the script is used in the digital world it’s rendered in naskh.
    Nastaleeq is one of the most fluid Arabic calligraphy styles whereas Naskh is angular.  Naskh was on pace to phase out Nastaleeq because it’s easier to reproduce digitally.  Numerous people complained so Apple decided to do something about it.
    The company added the Nastaleeq font to their devices in 2015.  The script was released in the company’s iOS9 beta thanks to Mudassir Azeemi’s campaign to have the font included alongside Naskh.
    Twitter added Urdu back in 2012.  13,000 volunteers worked hard to translate and localize the app.  Their efforts made the tool accessible for their communities ensuring there was no digital divide.

    The Huffington Post explains that Beyoncé has a long history of charitable giving including raising money for Flint.  The talented singer never hesitated to spread love, maybe that’s why we love every picture she posts via Instagram.

    She uses the app to share beautiful images of herself with Blue Ivy, reminding us that she’s a normal mother after all.  Besides taking amazing photos the award-winning singer has been in the studio lately.

    There have been rumors that Mrs. Knowles-Carter has been working on a joint album with her husband, Jay-Z.  The following photo of the couple recently hit the net leading many to believe that they will be releasing a joint album.

  • Amber Priddy From Love And Hip Hop Atlanta

    In the most recent episode of Love And Hip Hop Atlanta, J-Nicks is all smiles after Yung Joc informs him that he has been having sex with Amber Priddy.  J-Nicks is happy to hear the news because it means he can dump the stripper and pursue a relationship with Tiarra.  J-Nicks decides to inform Amber by bringing Tiarra to the models launch event for her makeup collection.

    Priddy and Tiarra end up getting into a fight! The stripper spots Tiarra and J-Nicks together and starts going off on J-Nicks.  Tiarra’s not having it and decides to hit Priddy with a pillow.  Amber tries to attack Tiarra but security intervenes and escorts her out.

    J-Nicks was introduced on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s “Common Ground” episode.  The DJ is having issues with his current wifey and is interested in dating Tiarra.

    Model and stripper, Amber Priddy, is J-Nicks’ girlfriend.  The dancer makes it clear that she wants Yung Joc in the episode.  International Business Times explains that Joc has a difficult time deciding if he should stick to the bro code.

    She’s the first white woman on LHHATL.  If she looks familiar it’s because she had relations with Chad Ochocinco a few years back.

    Wet Paint explains that the Charlotte native recently shared text messages with Rob Kardashian.  Those messages led to rumors that Kardashian had cheated on his pregnant fiancee, Blac Chyna.

    The episode also featured Scrapp DeLeon receiving horrible legal news.  The rapper meets with his lawyer who tells him that his sentence will be five years, the minimum for drug trafficking.

  • Petition To Have Taraji P. Henson For Oxon Hill High School’s 2017 Commencement Speaker

    There’s a petition on change.org to have Taraji P. Henson return to Oxon Hill High School to deliver the commencement speech at the 2017 graduation.  The award winning actress graduated from the school in 1988.

    Henson was named Homecoming Queen her senior year at Oxon Hill High School.  The Empire actress used Instagram to announce her memoir Around The Way Girl set to be released on October 11, 2016.

    The actress explained to Allure Magazine that she didn’t think she would win Homecoming Queen her senior year.  She further describes the honey blonde hair she had before Beyonce:

    On Instagram #dt means double tap.  The photo-sharing app allows you to double tap photo to like it.  The Next Web explains that the company added the feature so users would no longer have to search for a “like” button.

    The Huffington Post reports that the celebrity threesome injunction, which was recently upheld by the Supreme Court, has upset the British press.  Five Supreme Court justices ruled in favor of “PJS” who doesn’t want the tabloids in his business.
    According to IBTimes, Twitter is now involved.  Users who have mentioned the celebrity’s name have received warnings via email.  Twitter’s legal department has requested for the users to voluntarily delete their tweets to prevent legal action.  The May 19 ruling means that we must all pretend that we have no idea who the celebrity is despite the fact that anyone can see the individual’s name on Twitter.
    The video below shows Piers Morgan’s debate with Evan Harris, the chief executive of the press regulation activist group Hacked Off.  Morgan insults Harris, calling him a hypocrite for attempting to expose John Whittingdale’s private life when it was not in the public interest to do so.
    Newsweek explains that multiple newspapers knew of Whittingdale’s relationship with a woman who was a dominatrix in 2013 and 2014.  Do you think the press freedom issues in the UK will ever change? If so, when?

    Does Anika Die On Empire?

    Does Rhonda Die On Empire?
    Empire’s season finale featured an unforgettable fight between Boo Boo Kitty and Rhonda.  The image above shows that Rhonda starts out as the more aggressive fighter.  

    We won’t know who fell off the balcony until Empire returns for its third season.  Let’s analyze who won the fight based on what each character’s mindset leading up to the fight.
    Boo Boo Kitty’s Death Wish
    Ms. Calhoun had already been considering suicide and if Rhonda would have given her more time she may have jumped off the balcony on her own.

    Rhonda’s Rage
    Rhonda, on the other hand, wanted revenge from the moment she saw Boo Boo Kitty wearing those infamous red bottoms.  The two had completely different mindsets leading up to the fight.  Boo Boo Kitty pushed Rhonda down her stairs, causing her baby to die.  Rhonda wanted revenge bad and her rage could have led her to push Boo Boo Kitty over the ledge.

    Conclusion
    When Rhonda finds Boo Boo Kitty on the balcony her goal is to get her off of it.  Boo Boo Kitty is pregnant and had already been thinking about suicide.  Sorry Boo Boo Kitty fans…your girl is dead.
