Kanye West has done it again! Billboard reports that the rapper’s new video for his song “Fade” featured recording artist and actress, Teyana Taylor. The beautiful Harlem native reminded everyone how much Kanye appreciates a woman with a beautiful body. Kanye’s 2004 debut album, The College Dropout featured “The Workout Plan” a song inspiring woman to get in shape so they could live the good life.
Kanye debut his video at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. According to Elle Taylor’s sweaty body was glistening in the video as she performed a solo dance routine. She is currently engaged to Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard, Iman Shumpert. The recording artist gave birth to an adorable son on December 16, 2015 but clearly hasn’t experienced any difficulties losing the baby weight.

If you’re anything like me you immediately began researching Taylor’s workout secrets after seeing her stunning body in the video. This article will outline her workout plan.
The Workout
In the video below Teyana explains that she does not have a hardcore workout routine. She does squats and the elliptical and is not embarrassed to quit when she is tired. The video shows that she doesn’t complicate her workout routine like so many of us do. Keep your training routine simple and don’t get too fancy.
The singer explains that she does squats to keep her booty right. The “Fade” video below is evidence that they’re working! Squats are the most effective exercise for a rounder butt. Your glutes are not the only part of your body that will benefit from squats. They also work your abs, obliques and legs. That’s right, they help tone your legs by working your quads, calves and thighs.
Elliptical
Teyana Taylor explains that the elliptical is her baby. Similar to squats the elliptical works out multiple muscle groups including your hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes and calves. You must actively use the machines handles for a total-body workout. Unlike the treadmill your feet never leave the pedals therefore the machine provides a low-impact workout which is better for your back and joints.
In the video she jokes about a trainer calling her a quitter during a workout session. Instead of using the trainer’s insult as motivation the singer simply agreed with him, explaining that she was tired and was craving a slice of pizza. So many of us are under the false impression that starving ourselves will help us lose weight but that’s not true.
When you attempt to starve yourself you make your body think that it may not receive food for a while so it holds onto every calorie and ounce of fat. Instead eat whole foods and stay away from processed foods. Whole foods are foods that are in their natural form or as close to it as possible.
The singer does not drink alcohol, making staying fit much easier for her. Alcohol has negative effects on weight loss because every gram of it has seven calories. Hard liquor including gin, vodka, rum, whiskey or scotch, is also horrible for weight loss because it contains 64 calories per 80 proof.

Another entertainer that is starting to feel himself a bit too much is comedian, Kevin Hart. If you’ve heard any recent interviews featuring the comedian, you know exactly what we’re talking about.
According to Variety Kanye, Adele, Beyonce and Justin Bieber received the most nominations at this year’s show. For us the real winner was comedian, Jay Antonio Farrow aka Jay Pharoah. We’ve all attempted to deliver perfect impressions of Kevin but Jay is the grand champ.

TV Guide reports that episode 8 of Basketball Wives LA‘s fifth season featured Angel Brinks hosting an anniversary party for her clothing line. If you watched season 4 of the series then you remember Sundy Carter, Larry Hughes’ ex-girlfriend. She returned on the show’s last episode. The season 4 finale featured a major cat fight between Sundy and Brandi Maxiell.
Sundy spread rumors about Brandi’s marriage, revealing that her husband, Jason Maxiell cheated on her. Episode 7 of season 5 featured Brandi and Jason on a double date with Doug and Jackie Christie. Brandi has been experiencing difficulties forgiving Jason for his past mistakes. Her and Jackie develop a bond because Jackie provides the couple with some excellent advice.

Fantasia announced that she was a grandmother and we jumped to the conclusion that her daughter, Zion had a baby. We were wrong. Zion did not have a baby.
Everyone is getting old except for us! That’s how recent images of Fantasia Monique Barrino’s daughter made us feel. We guess we’re getting old too. Is it us or was Fantasia’s daughter, Zion, a baby a few years ago! Time flies. You only live once and considering how quickly everyone seems to be aging, you better live everyday like it’s your last.

I never thought Instagram was innovative, instead it was just one of the most popular apps on the planet so I began using it. Now that the app has added features similar to Snapchat many people have criticized the company.

CNN reports that Hillary Clinton supporter, Cher, recently had to defend herself for her comments about Donald Trump. She compared Trump to Joseph Stalin, the former leader of the Soviet Union and Adolf Hitler, the former leader of the Nazi Party. The singer made the comments at a Hillary Clinton event.
According to The New York Times the singer compared the Republican Party presidential nominee’s campaign to a racist version of Fun with Dick and Jane. Cher is not transgender. She was born a female and is still a female. In 1969 she had a daughter with Sonny Bono, Chastity Sun Bono. Chastity is now a transgender man, Chaz Salvatore Bono. He is an advocate who has documented his coming out process, empowering the LGBT community.
Chaz underwent his transformation from 2008 to 2010. When she was born, his parents chose the name Chastity after the movie Chastity which Cher starred in as a bisexual woman. Sonny actually produced the film. We love how Chaz advocates for the LGBT community and hopes he continues his great work.
People explains that Angela Renée White aka Blac Chyna recently provided her fans with a pregnancy weight update. The former King of Diamonds stripper used Snapchat to inform the public that she went from 135 to 183 to 176.2 lbs. The average healthy woman gains about 30 pounds when they’re pregnant.

TMZ reports that rapper, Jay Wayne Jenkins aka Young Jeezy was recently hosting a birthday bash in Virginia Beach when someone was murdered. The police responded to a call to Club Embassy for a shooting yet the suspects are still at large. When officers arrived at the club, they discovered the victim, who was dead on the club’s floor.

Jeezy Concert Shooting
Similar to the shooting that occurred at T.I.’s concert a few months ago, the rapper should not be blamed for the incident. There should be walk through metal detectors at these events which are not unique to hip-hop concerts. The Orlando night club shooting may have been prevented if metal detectors were present.
Singer, Christina Grimmie, also passed away in Orlando after being shot. She was greeting fans at the time. When entertainers have fan greetings the fans should have to go through metal detectors before they are able to make contact with the entertainer. These incidents are happening far too often and we must do anything possible to prevent them.
The Shade Room reports that Mariah Carey’s older sister, Alison A. Carey was arrested for prostitution on Friday, August 26, 2016 in Saugerties, New York. Officers received a tip that the 55-year-old was prostituting out of a hotel and set up an undercover investigation. Despite being HIV positive, she used the Internet to promote her services online and had been using the particular hotel for about a week.
According to Ask Kissy Alison has begged her sister for financial assistance because she has two children that she is unable to support. The police have advised anyone who slept with her to see their doctor because she is HIV positive. She is a recovering drug addict explaining why her sister finds it difficult to help her.
