Duffey called out Tami for being 46-years-old, trying to fight a 27-year-old for a check. The feud started when Tami attempted to hire the DJ to work with her daughter, Jazz, an aspiring rapper. 247Sports reports that NBA player, Iman Shumpert was arrested in August 2016 on suspicion of DUI and possession of marijuana. The police report explains that the officer smelt weed and the basketball player’s eyes were bloodshot. He tried to convince the officer that he had just finished working out after he failed a sobriety test.

TMZ reports that rapper, Desiigner just caught a huge break. Similar to Shumpert, he was recently arrested. He was involved in a road rage incident and the driver of the other vehicle claimed that he had a gun. Police searched his vehicle yet they never found a firearm. The D.A. also dropped the rapper’s felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell charge.

GQ reports that Donald Glover’s new FX series, Atlanta, offers a hilarious, textured look at life in “the A.” In the show’s first episode, “The Big Bang” we meet Alfred “Paper Boi” Miles played by Brian Tyree Henry. His song, “Paperboy” is a hit yet it’s not him rapping on the song. Steve G. Lover, Childish Gambino’s brother, is the rapper on the track.

According to Shadow and Act the first season of the series will include 10 episodes. Childish Gambino plays Earnest “Earn” Marks, an ambitious free spirit who convinces his cousin, Alfred aka Paper Boi, to let him manage his rap career. Alfred is a weed head who lacks ambition but he just dropped the following track that may change their lives forever:

Alfred’s friend, Darius, is yet another weed head on the show and he’s hilarious. He makes random comments and ridiculous requests on a regular basis basis. What Happened To Desiigner? In Jail After Being Arrested For OxyContin

Update, September 10, 2016
TMZ reports that the rapper’s gun charges have been dropped. The rapper was involved in a road rage incident and the driver of the other vehicle claimed he had a gun. Police searched the vehicle yet they did not find a gun.

TMZ reports that rapper, Sidney Royel Selby III aka Desiigner, was arrested in New York City after a road rage incident. He’s currently in jail on felony drug and weapons charges. Cops found OxyContin and additional drugs in his vehicle. One wrong decision can change your entire life. The 19-year-old rapper was on top of the world a few days ago!

According to XXL the rapper was arrested in front of the Foot Locker in Times Square around 9 PM on Thursday, September 8. Passengers in an SUV were involved in a road rage incident with another vehicle. Desiigner was in the second car. One of the passengers in the SUV reported the second car’s license plate number to police after Desiigner flashed his gun, leading the police to track him down.

This isn’t good news for Kanye West and G.O.O.D. Music. Desiigner just signed a deal with the label revealing Kanye’s plan to takeover both the fashion and hip-hop industries. Between this arrest and Amina Blue ruining his fashion show, Mr. West may have to pump his brakes.

TMZ reports that Ackquille Pollard aka Bobby Shmurda pled guilty to conspiracy charges on Friday, September 9, 2016. The rapper was sentenced to seven years in prison but he has already served two. His right hand man, Chad Marshall aka Rowdy Rebel took the same deal after debating it with his lawyer in the courtroom.

According to The Fader, Shmurda’s lawyer, Alex Spiro has revealed that the rapper could be released from jail in three and a half years with good time credit. The same is true for the other members of GS9 who accepted the plea deal including Marshall and Nicholas McCoy.

Alex Crandon aka A-Rod is a member of the rapper’s GS9 gang who was also recently sentenced. He got 53 ⅓ years to life in prison for multiple murders and attempted murders from 2013-2014. Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel definitely had A-Rod’s sentence in mind when they accepted their plea deals.

GS9 member, Rasha aka Rashid Derissant also received a harsh sentence. On May 17, 2016, he was sentenced to 98 ⅓ years to life in prison. In 2013, him and Crandon murdered a 19-year-old in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
