Jennifer Cunningham – Kodak Black Turns Down 8-Year Plea Deal

Jennifer Cunningham is a 34-year-old bartender who works at Club Climaxx in Miami, Florida. She claims that Kodak Black physically abused her on February 2, 2017. On Wednesday, April 19, 2017, the rapper was in court telling his side of the story. The Florida native, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, turned down an eight year plea deal.

No formal charges were filed

Kodak Black has a chance to beat the case. The eight year plea deal offer makes it seem like he’ll definitely do jail time but no formal charges were filed by Jennifer Cunningham. If the incident was his only probation violation, the rapper could have definitely avoided jail time. Kodak was recently in court for multiple probation violations.

Kodak Black didn’t complete anger management

Kodak needed to complete anger management to comply with his plea deal. He failed to finish the classes. The rapper was on house arrest so he also needed to inform his probation officer of any plans to travel. He also violated that term of his probation when he went to a boxing match to see Adrien Broner.

‘Empire’ Season 3 Quick Recap: “My Naked Villainy”

This one’s a bit late, but since Empire is a repeat this week, here’s a quick catchup for those who were busy during the spring holidays.
- Lucious has some medical issues with his non-ALS condition and Anika tries to exploit it with some empty threats. Luckily, Lucifer Lyon has a gun by his side.
- Andre continues to pursue ~Vegas~ and getting Empire a casino license in Sin City.
- Jamal continues to work on his Cookie and Lucious album. Jamal releases a teaser for the album, and it causes waves for Cookie and Angelo’s relationship. She wants another teaser to show that Cookie and Lucious’ relationship eventually soured, but Jamal says no.
- Anika wants Cookie to look after Bella if something happens to her.
- Cookie/Lucious shippers in the show coin the term “Cucious,” which sounds SO dirty. Cookie agrees: “It sounds like a damn STD.”
- Jamal tries to let D-Major down easy again.
- Kennedy, fron Hakeem’s 21st birthday, faces off with Thirsty and her own attorney. Hakeem doesn’t speak up for her. “What is victim-blaming?” Hakeem asks and learns a lesson about his own behavior from Cookie and Jamal.
- Hakeem then records a rap that supports women and pays tribute to his daughter. Aww.
- Andre brings the Empire board to Lucious’ sick bed and pitches his idea about ~Vegas~ residencies. Lucious hates the idea and fires Andre, but no one else supports the idea, because they like his ideas. Also, Andre name drops The Weeknd and then The Weeknd’s “I Feel It Coming” plays in the next scene!
- Lucious crashes Angelo’s election party. Angelo wins…the Democratic primary. Which means there’s more election to come.
- Lucious plays a song at the party and Cookie flashes back to romantic memories with him. Then Guiliana approaches him and lets the audience know they were once romantically involved. Whoa!

Tommie Lee’s Le’Don wine was seen on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta‘s seventh episode of season 6, “Grapes of Wrath.” Media outlets (including us) loved reporting about Tommie’s mugshots, so it’s only right for us to give her new business venture some exposure. Tommie is working hard to change her life and we wish her the best.

Tommie is at Beer and Wine Craft in Sandy Springs working on her wine. The shop’s owner, Joe Keenan, asks her about the name of the wine and Tommie says Le’Don because the word chardonnay has “don” in it. She also explains that she chose the name because she’s a boss. She says that she’s from a mob family and she’s excited to make some money.

Stevie J worked with Biggie Smalls on multiple hit songs throughout the 90s. Biggie’s famous lyrics from “Ten Crack Commandments” were repeated numerous times throughout the episode. Karen King thinks Tommie is an alcoholic. She’s trying to support her but warns Tommie to sell her wine instead of consuming it.

Tommie isn’t feeling Karen’s doubt. Tommie’s mother doesn’t support her so Karen’s approval is vital. Karen proves that she’s on Tommie’s side by showing up to her event. Karen puts Tommie on the phone with Scrapp DeLeon who also shows support for Tommie’s new business.

What Happened To Aaron Hernandez’s Home? Fiance Living In It?

Aaron Hernandez was on trial for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd. According to reports, Hernandez was found dead today in his prison cell from an apparent suicide. He was found hanging in his prison cell with a bible verse written across his forehead.

What happened to Aaron Hernandez’s home? Is his fiancé living in it? She was but the home will be sold, along with the Hummer of his, to pay Odin Lloyd’s family for the murder of Lloyd. Of course, nothing, not even money can bring Odin back but it will help with something for his family.

Hernandez was convicted of first-degree murder for the execution-style murder of Odin Lloyd in 2013. The murder started a civil suit against Hernandez by the victim’s mother, Ursula Ward. Hernandez was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Aaron Hernandez was found dead in his prison cell today of an apparent suicide. According to reports, Hernandez hung himself and was found with a bible verse written across his forehead. This has, of course, left fiancé and mother of his four-year-old daughter, Shayanna Jenkins heartbroken. Here are a few things we have learned about Jenkins.

Shayanna Jenkins met Aaron Hernandez while they were students at the University of Florida in 2007. This is where Hernandez started his football career playing for the Florida Gators. They were actually college sweethearts. The New England Patriots star cheated on Shayanna but she decided to stay with him.

The child is four-years-old now and she was born with the full name of Avielle Janelle Jenkins-Hernandez in November of 2012. Now the little girl will have to grow up without her father. When the murder of Odin Lloyd happened in 2013 and Hernandez went on trial for it, Shayanna stood by his side no matter what. That is how loyal she was to him and how much she loved him. Some would argue Shayanna was too loyal. She could have ended up in jail, leaving their daughter without parents.

She was granted immunity in exchange for her testimony. She testified that she was told to go downstairs in their storage and remove a box from their home. She was told to throw the box away in a random dumpster. She also confessed to finding a gun in their home but said she didn’t confront him about it.
