    What crime did Jeremy Meeks commit? In 2014, his mugshot went viral after he was arrested.  He was dealing with federal gun charges while the pic was being shared on the Internet.  His wife, Melissa Meeks, told him about his new found fame while he was still locked up.  As a felon, it’s against the law for Jeremy to have a gun.

    In 2014, Jeremy was caught with a .45 caliber semiautomatic pistol.  Prison Bae aka Hot Felon is now modeling and he’s dating Chloe Green.  I’m all about second chances and love the fact that he found fame from a mugshot.  That’s turning life’s lemons into lemonade.  He signed with a modeling agency while he was locked up and hasn’t looked back since.

    The tweet below calls Meeks out for cheating on his wife.  Jeremy and his wife may be having problems but I think he should try to work things out.  Melissa loved Jeremy before he became famous.  Karma is real and Jeremy will pay for this one.

    Gizelle Bryant’s boyfriend, Kevin, made an appearance on The Real Housewives of Potomac season 2 episode 12, “Home Is Where the Truth Is.”  The episode marked the finale of the second season.  I like The Real Housewives of Potomac more than The Real Housewives of Atlanta!  Gizelle Bryant is one reason why.

    Gizelle and Kevin go out to eat and they discuss their future.  She values their friendship so she doesn’t want to date Kevin.  He’s disappointed and tried to persuade her to take a chance.  Gizelle and Kevin have known each other for several years and I think she’s making the right decision.  He’s a typical guy and just wants to jump into a relationship with a beautiful woman.

    Gizelle and Kevin have known each other for more than 15 years.  She asks him if he’s willing to risks their friendship and he says yes.  Kevin is sounding thirsty at this point.

    The tweet below explains that Gizelle and Kevin seem good together.  It’s all good now because they’re friends.  You expect different things from your lover and Kevin may not be able to please Gizelle.

    Amber Rose Mom, Dorothy Is Black

    Amber Rose’s mom, Dorothy, is black.  She’s from Cape Verde.  She has a very light complexion but that doesn’t mean she’s not black.  Cape Verde is an island country located 350 miles off the coast of West Africa.  Scroll to the video at the end of this article to hear Amber Rose’s response to Kodak Black.

    Kodak Black is the latest entertainer to get caught up in the light skin, dark skin debate.  The sad truth is many rappers make it clear that they prefer light skin women by dating and marrying them.  Beyonce’s #Lemonade complexion attracted Jay Z while Kanye West is married to Kim Kardashian.

    People are calling Kodak Black retarded and the video at the end of this article may explain why.  He isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer.  In the video he explains that he is tired of “simplifying” his stance.  He doesn’t like his complexion and he think light skin women are softer than dark skin women.


    Kodak better be careful.  He still has a rape case to beat and his comments are starting to sound suspect.

    Jay-Z sampled the Clark Sisters on 4:44.  “Family Feud” features a sample from the Clark Sisters’ son “Hi Ya (Eternal Life).” In the song, the sisters explain that “Hi Ya” is a Hebrew tongue that means life.  Beyonce is featured on the track.  The song starts with the Clark Sisters beautiful vocals in the background and throughout the entire song.

    Jay-Z explains that “Family Feud” is about the separation within hip hop.  He mentions the fact that Tupac Shakur had a nose ring because younger rappers have been called out for their piercings.  Rappers like Lil Uzi Vert have been insulted for doing what they want.  Jay understands the importance of individuality and creativity within the culture.

    In the following video, Karen Clark-Sheard is seen listening to the track.  I’m glad she was listening to the clean version!
    All the news surrounding 4:44 hasn’t been positive.  People don’t like being forced to download an app to consume the music they want to listen to.  Jay’s deal with Sprint made it difficult for some fans to hear his new album.  I don’t think Jay cares.  He’ll most likely sell Tidal to Apple once they make the right offer.

    XXXTentacion calls J. Cole “Amber Cole” in his XXL freestyle.  Scroll to the video at the end of this article to hear the full freestyle.  Amber Cole is the 14-year-old girl who was caught on tape doing explicit things with a classmate.  The video went viral in 2011.  It’s 2017 and XXXTentacion still has her on his mind.

    In XXXTentacion’s XXL freestyle he says “Don’t understand why J. Cole talking bout false prophets, but didn’t mention higher-ups, change your name to Amber Cole, these f****** entertainers is playing it by the rules, sucking government d*** for safety to stay cool.” I guess X is done calling out Drake and his mom.

    Like Drake, J. Cole most likely won’t respond.  X pulled a Kodak Black with this one.  New rappers are thirsty for beef.  Kodak practically begged Lil Wayne to beef with him despite the fact Drake helped him rise to fame.  Then there was X’s one-sided beef with Drake.  He made comments about Drizzy’s mother but of course he didn’t get a response.  
    XXXTentacion should just stick to delivering quality music.  He doesn’t need to diss other rappers.  He’s too talented to have to rely on beef.

    Chris Bosh Baby Mama – Allison Mathis, Basketball Wives

    The Jasmine Brand reports that Chris Bosh’s baby mama, Allison Mathis, claims that the former NBA star got her fired from Basketball Wives.  The NBA champion would have most likely reconsidered that decision if he knew about his career ending injury.  Last month, an NBA doctor ruled that Chris’ career is over because of the blood clots in his legs and lungs.

    It was all good a few years ago.  Chris joined LeBron James and Dwyane Wade in Miami and the Heat were winning championships.  LeBron left and Bosh’s career went downhill from there.  Now, Allison is claiming that she would have made $1 million if he wouldn’t have got her fired from Basketball Wives.

    Allison started filming for the show back in 2011.  She did scenes with Dwight Howard’s baby mama, Royce Reed.  Mathis didn’t mention Chris’ name, similar to Dwyane Wade’s baby mama.  A real man would let the mother of his child make some extra money.  Not Chris.  He contacted the show’s producers and told them that Allison signed a non-disclosure agreement.  She got fired.

    Jay Z – Diss Future, Kanye, Kardashian, Drake?

    Jay Z disses Future in Kill Jay Z.  He says “In the Future, other n***** playing football with your son.” Future and Ciara got a divorce and now she’s married to Russell Wilson.  Baby Future and Russell have been spotted on the football field together.  Jay Z’s lyrics is a clear shot at Future.  I was surprised considering Future and Jay Z recently teamed up on “I Got The Keys.”

    Jay Z did not take any shots at Kim Kardashian but he definitely took a shot at Kanye West.  He calls out the Chicago rapper for changing and crying about people turning their back on him.  Kanye’s during his tour clearly didn’t sit well with Jay Z.  It will be interesting to see if Kanye and Jay collaborate in the future.

    In “The Story of O.J.” Jay Z discussed investing in art.  “I bought some artwork for 1 million, two years later, that s*** worth $2 million.  Few years later, that s*** worth $8 million.”

    Drake dissed Jay Z in a Rolling Stone article regarding his art references.  Since then, Jay Z has made several additional art references to make it clear that he doesn’t care about Drake’s opinion.
