    Yes, Amara La Negra’s hair is real.  Her Afro is not a wig, it’s natural.  The video below shows her mother taking out her braids to let Amara’s natural Afro flourish.  In episode 5 of Love and Hip Hop Miami‘s first season, “Good Hair” we see Amara’s straight hair.  Scroll down to see pics of Amara’s new look.  After speaking to Juju, Amara decided to switch things up.

    Young Hollywood’s comments about Amara’s hair

    Producer, Young Hollywood received death threats after he told Amara that she couldn’t be elegant with an Afro.  He told Amara that he need her to be less like Macy Gray and more like Beyonce.  In “Good Hair” Amara and Young Hollywood squash their beef.  He apologizes for his ignorant comments and Amara forgives him.

    Chef Gueli – Salim Stoudamire’s Wife #RHOA Appearance

    Guelila Fornetti aka Chef Gueli made an appearance on episode 11 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s tenth season, “Tea Is Of The Essence.” The Plant-Based Personal Chef is seen in Porsha Williams’ kitchen cooking a vegan meal for the reality star.  In the Instagram post below, Chef Gueli thanks Porsha for trusting her as the reality star transitions to a plant-based lifestyle.

    Chef Gueli used to think that plant-based meals were bland but she was wrong.  She explains that it’s all about the quality of the ingredients you use.  Porsha explains that she has been vegan for 2 months and Chef Gueli has made the transition easy.  Williams invites Kim Zolciak-Biermann to her house and tells Gueli that Kim is already a vegetarian so it should be easy to convert her to a vegan.

    Porsha was born and raised in Atlanta and grew up eating collard greens with pig in it and ribs.  Chef Gueli is adding years to the reality star’s life!

    Chef Gueli’s Husband Salim Stoudamire

    In the Instagram post above, Chef Gueli reveals that her husband, Salim Stoudamire, was already a vegan when they met.  The pic shows the couple with their son Gabriel.  Stoudamire played in the NBA and is working hard to get back on the court next season.  In 2006, he announced his plans to eat vegan.  In 2010, Salim shared his vegan lifestyle with Gueli and she used it to heal herself of a chronic disease.

    LL Cool J, Kidada Jones – Quincy Jones Daughters

    In an interview with GQ, Quincy Jones discusses his kids.  The legendary composer and record producer has six daughters and one son.  He was married to actress, Peggy Lipton from 1974 to 1990 and they had two daughters, Rashida and Kidada Jones.  In his GQ interview, Quincy explains that Kidada, calls him LL QJ, reminding the world that Kidada dated LL Cool J from 1992 to 1994.

    In his 1998 book, I Make My Own Rules, LL explains that he was in love with Kidada but broke up with her because of her spirituality beliefs.

    Quincy’s GQ interview explains Kidada’s spiritual beliefs.  The legendary composer is a mad genius.  He has over 20 girlfriends and claims that Stevie Wonder isn’t really blind.  Quincy used to buy drugs from Malcolm X and revealed that he has tried methedrine, benzedrine, amyl nitrate and even heroine.

    After breaking up with LL, Kidada fell in love with Tupac Shakur and was in a relationship with him until he died in 1996.  In 1993, Tupac insulted Quincy for dating white women.

    Peggy and Quincy’s other daughter, Rashida clapped back at Pac reminding the rapper that Quincy paved the way for him.  Tupac eventually apologized and then fell in love with Kidada.

    Juliet Casteneda aka Juliet C. aka Juju was born on March 21, 1985 in Brooklyn, New York.  She is currently 32-years-old.  Her parents are Cuban and she grew up in Miami.  When she was 16 she moved from Miami to Orlando.  Juju met Cam’ron in 2002 and they fell in love.

    Juliet “Juju” C. was seen in episode 13 of Love and Hip Hop New York‘s tenth season, “St. Maarten – Part 1.” The reality star’s body looked great leading many to believe she had plastic surgery.  In the Instagram post below, Juju explains that she made a lifestyle change in 2017.  She stopped eating meat and processed foods and started exercising.

    Juju lost more than 20 pounds and she’s looking great.  Cam’ron made a huge mistake when he decided to break up with Juju.  On Monday, January 29, 2018, Juju also appeared on episode 5 of Love and Hip Hop Miami‘s first season, “Good Hair.” Amara La Negra reaches out to Juju and tells her about Young Hollywood’s racist comments about her afro.

    In 2017, Nathaniel suffered a back injury and he’s expected to return in February of 2018.  He’ll have to work hard to earn his starting position back because Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold have been playing spectacular.

    TSgt Geraldine Lovely – “Black Females No Respect”

    TSgt Geraldine Lovely has been removed from her supervisory role for making racist comments about black females.  In the video below, Lovely says that her black female subordinates have no respect and she’s trying not to blow up and start a fight club.  The technical sergeant shared the video in a Air Force Facebook group on Sunday, January 28, 2018.

    Geraldine’s video went viral on Facebook and currently has over 1 million views.  Nellis Air Force Base explains that Lovely has been removed from her supervisory role and an investigation is being conducted.

    Is the military racist? Last year, Newsweek reported that black service members are two times more likely than whites to face a court martial.

    TSgt Lovely claims that black females constantly have an attitude.  I can’t believe she would share such racist comments on social media.  How bacd did she have to get her feelings off her chest? She should have spoken to a friend instead of sharing the video with the world.

    Race in America continues to be a hot topic.  While I think Sergeant Lovely should be punished for her comments, I don’t think she should lose her job.  In the video below, Jay-Z discusses former L.A. Clippers owner, Donald Sterling being exposed as a racist.  The rapper says it was a mistake for him to lose his team.

    When Sterling lost the Clippers for making, all the “closet racist” ran back into the closet.  Jay-Z thinks that different races should discuss their issues.  TSgt Lovely needs help and we shouldn’t insult her.  Sharing that video on Facebook was her way of reaching out and we should embrace her and help change her mindset.

    Ayanna Jackson, the woman who accused Tupac of rape, recently sat down with VladTV.  She explains that she was 18 or 19 when she met Tupac at Nell’s, a nightclub in Manhattan.  Although she wasn’t 21, she was drinking champagne.  She was wearing jeans and Tupac approached her from behind and put his hands in the pockets of her jeans.

    Ayanna turned around and introduced herself to Tupac.  She says that she was a fan of the rapper before meeting him at Nell’s.  They were dancing and kissing and she claims that the movie exaggerates their alleged hookup at Nell’s.

    Tupac Shakur was arrested on November 18, 1993 after Ayanna Jackson accused him of rape.  All Eyez On Me provides a summary of the incident.  In 2012, Ayanna told The Source her side of the story.  In 1993, Ayanna was 19-years-old and she’s now 44.  In All Eyez On Me, Ayana is named Briana.  She’s played by actress Erica Pinkett.

    Ayanna Jackson told The Source that she decided to go through with the charges against Tupac and the three other men because when she left the hotel room, there were some undercover security officers in the elevator who asked her if she was okay.  She explains that the officers knew who she was in the hotel room with and she broke down in the elevator.

    Jackson says that she left her stuff in the hotel room so she was unable to go home.  Instead, she went to the ER and they made sure she didn’t leave.  Ayanna was then taken to the DA’s office.  She explains that the DA wanted to prosecute Tupac and didn’t care about her as a victim.

    On November 14, 1993, Ayanna was at Nell’s night club in downtown New York.  Her friend introduced her Nigel and Trevor and they introduced her to Tupac.  He kissed her on the cheek and they had a brief conversation.  Later that night, Ayanna and Tupac consensually hooked up at the night club.

    November 18, 1993: Parker Meridien Hotel

    On November 18, 1993, four days after hooking up with Tupac at Nell’s, Ayanna takes a cab to the Parker Meridien Hotel where Tupac staying.  At the hotel, Ayanna meets Chris Fuller, Tupac’s road manager.  He pays for the cab and leads her to Tupac’s hotel room.  Nigel and Trevor were also in the rapper’s room.

    Ayanna claims that she was raped by Tupac and three other men.  Tupac was found guilty of groping Jackson but he was acquitted of sodomy.  He was sentenced one and a half to four and a half years in jail but served eight months.
