    Fergie memes are breaking the Internet right now.  Draymond Green’s reaction to her National Anthem performance was hilarious.  He couldn’t hold back and started laughing for the world to see.  Draymond’s laugh was hilarious but the empty eyed look on his face before he started laughing was even funnier.  The NBA All-Star game is back and better than ever.  The players were impressive but Fergie stole the show.

    Draymond Green Is All Of Us

    Draymond Green is now my favorite NBA player.  I haven’t liked Draymond since he kicked LeBron James in the groin during the 2016 NBA Finals but all has been forgiven.  Sorry LeBron.

    We fell in love with Isaiah Thomas because he’s not a giant, making him more relatable.  I fell in love with Draymond because I felt exactly like him during Fergie’s performance.

    Shaq Didn’t Let Charles Barkley Drag Fergie

    Shaquille O’Neal is usually hilarious but he had Fergie’s back after her performance.  Charles Barkley wanted to make fun of Fergie but Shaq kept interrupting Chuck explaining the Fergie is his friend.

    Shaq’s decision to interrupt Chuck was smart because Barkley has no filter.  Prior to the All-Star game, Chuck called out Paul Pierce for having bad kids.  I guess he didn’t see the Alex Reimer call Tom Brady’s daughter an “annoying little pissant.”

    Chapter 2 of the Long Live the King collection features a regal theme since LeBron is the king.  Sneaker heads won’t cop the kicks to hoop in them, they’ll wear them to break necks off-the-court.  While Jordan took the shoe game to another level by releasing kicks that were loved by the masses, LeBron and Nike understand the importance of collaborating with influencers.  Teaming up with Kith was a power move that will definitely pay off.

    LeBron wore a pair of Kith XVs on Christmas Day.  The Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Golden State Warriors but at least King James broke necks with his kicks.

    Jerry Richardson is making a great decision for multiple reasons.  He bought the Panthers in 1993 for $206 million and the team should sell for about $2 billion.  The Colin Kaepernick situation has exposed the NFL.  While the NBA has done a wonderful job handling social issues, the NFL’s response has been horrible.

    NFL ratings have been down and will continue to suffer.  The Malcolm Butler Super Bowl incident was yet another example of the NFL’s issues.  Bill Belichick’s decision to bench Butler doesn’t make any sense.

  • Snapchat Agrees To Reverse Update On February 20?

    The rumor that Snapchat has agreed to reverse their recent update is false.  A tweet claimed that the company came to an agreement to ditch the v10.25.2 update went viral on February 15, receiving more than 8,000 likes.

    TechCrunch reports that Evan Spiegel, Snapchat’s CEO is here to stay.  He explains that user complaints validate the app’s redesign.  The company has accomplished its mission to separate communication and broadcasting on the app and doesn’t care how its users feel.

    People love complaining before accepting change but this seems serious.  Snapchat is competing with some of the most powerful companies in the world so its users have multiple choices.

    It’s all about what have you done for me lately in the land of social media.  Right now, Instagram is winning that game.  On Valentine’s Day, Kanye West posted numerous pics of couples and sent Kim Kardashian some love.  No one was worried about Snapchat.  This is proof that users will follow the action.  When all the news about Snapchat is negative, they’ll most likely stop using the app.

    Kanye West didn’t have an Instagram account for years and then decided to create one.  This is additional proof that the world os social media changes on a consistent basis.  Cardi B has spoken out against having a Snapchat account because of privacy issues.  Celebrities are choosing not to use Snapchat and the company is losing its loyal users.

  • Snapchat Video Of Florida School Shooting

     

    The following Snapchat video shows the gruesome Florida school shooting.  The shooter, Nikolas Cruz, killed 17 people at his former high school.  The victims include several students, a football coach and an athletic director.  Days before the incident, Cruz alarmed some students with disturbing posts on social media.  He shared pics of animals he shot and he spoke about his guns.

    Florida is one of the most dangerous states in the nation when it comes to school shootings.  A 2016 study revealed that Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas had the most school shootings.  Florida was at the top of the list with 14 shootings.

    Last month, Gabe Parker killed 2 students and injured 18 after opening fire at Marshall County High School in western Kentucky.  Like Parker, Cruz showed numerous disturbing signs leading up to the incident.  The 19-year-old was expelled from school and other students describe him as strange and quiet.

    Cruz was armed with an AR-15 and had countless magazines.  When will something be done to protect the lives of innocent children? How many more kids have to die before a change is made?

    Instead of being praised for delivering the right words of remorse, President Donald Trump is being dragged for his heartless response to this tragedy.

  • Veronica Vega N-Word – Hialeah, Florida

    Veronica Vega thinks she can use the N-word because she has experienced racism.  In episode 7 of Love and Hip Hop Miami‘s first season, “I’m Done” Veronica explains that Trina had her back in 2015 when she released her song “Pay Me.” In the song, Veronica uses the N-word and Trina explains it’s because she’s from Hialeah, Florida.

    Veronica Vega is Cuban and Venezuelan but she explains that her great grandmother is from Africa.  Say what you want about Mona Scott-Young and Love and Hip Hop, the series is forcing debates that are necessary.  Prior to watching the “I’m Done” episode of the series, I had no idea that Hialeah existed.

    It’s Drake season.  Area code 901 serves Memphis, Tennessee and a majority of its inner-ring suburbs.  Shelby Drive is a popular road in Memphis that used to be known as Whitehaven-Capleville Road aka Whitecap.  Scroll to the video at the end of this article to see Drake deliver some of his classic dance moves in the video for “Look Alive.”

  • Tamlynn Yoder Fired After Exposing Church On Facebook

    Tamlynn Yoder is the former Outback Steakhouse server who was fired after exposing Christ Fellowship Church on social media.  The church made a $735 takeout order and didn’t tip Tamlynn so she called them out on Facebook.  Scroll to the poll below to let us know what you think about tipping on takeout orders.

    Tamlynn explains that she has no regrets because she wants to increase awareness about this issue.  She says that this happens too often and wants to remind people that servers rely on tips for their livelihood.

    The church originally called in a delivery order and when they realized that Outback was running late they sent a volunteer to pick up the food.  When the volunteer arrived, Yoder brought the food out to the car and the volunteer paid but didn’t leave any gratuity.  Yoder got upset and posted on Facebook, calling the church out for failing to leave a tip on a $735 order.
