How A High Credit Score Will Help You Build Wealth

Real estate, investments and a successful business are three factors that play a major role in building wealth. Cash flow is vital. In order to buy real estate, invest and launch your own company, you have to earn enough money to handle your expenses. Establishing a good credit score will help you build wealth because you’ll be able to qualify for low interest rates and higher limits.

Actor, Hill Harper, recently partnered with Experian on the Boost of America challenge. The program allows people to load their positive payment history to help boost their scores.

10 Ways To Improve Your Credit Score

    1. Dispute every negative item on your report.
    2. Ask for a credit limit increase to reduct your credit utilization ratio.
    3. Send goodwill letters to creditors asking them to contact the credit bureaus to remove negative information from your credit reports.
    4. Send debt validation letters to creditors and collection agencies requesting proof that the debt is valid and not outside the statute of limitations for collecting the debt.
    5. Diversify your credit mix to show creditors you can handle multiple types of loans. Lenders like to see a mix of revolving credit accounts (i.e. credit cards and personal lines of credit) and installment credit (i.e. student loans and car loans).
    6. Make multiple credit card payments in the same billing cycle to lower your credit utilization and ensure the minimum amount you owe will almost certainly be paid each month.
    7. Become an authorized user on someone’s credit account that is in good standing.
    8. Do not close old unused accounts because doing so will shorten your active credit history and your credit score will decrease.
    9. If you have bad credit, improve your credit by taking out a small loan and repaying it quickly.
    10. If you pay your rent on time, ask your landlord to report your rent payments to the credit bureaus.

  • Did NBA YoungBoy’s Son Draco Die?

NBA YoungBoy’s son, Draco, is not dead. The rumor is false and was started by “channel45news”, a website that allows people to publish fake stories to prank others.

Kayden “Draco” Gaulden is NBA YoungBoy’s oldest son. He was born on July 4, 2016 when the rapper, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, was only 16-years-old.

The tweet below shows how heartless people can be. Not only does the article present false information about NBA YoungBoy’s child being dead, it also claims that the rapper’s baby mama was the person who killed their son:

NBA YoungBoy didn’t let the false story ruin his day. NBA posted a pic on Instagram that showed him and his son spending quality time together. In the caption of the post, NBA explains that him and his son missed their ice cream appointment with Tyler, The Creator.

In other NBA YoungBoy news, the 20-year-old rapper recently shared a tweet about his love life. NBA has been through tons of drama with the mothers of his children so I think it’s time for him to settle down. The rapper’s relationship with Yaya Mayweather will most likely be over soon. The video below shows Yaya allegedly attacking one of NBA’s other girlfriends:
