Lucious Lyon proved exactly how powerful he is by the way in which he handled Frank Gathers (Chris Rock). Just when Mr. Gathers through he had everything under control, Lucious gave him a valuable lesson, highlighting the difference between street power and corporate power. Lucious also showed his family how to pull off a hostile takeover the right way.
The masterminds behind Empire have realized how many people are interested in the show and have used the platform to highlight serious issues as seen through Cookie’s speech on mass incarceration.

We still cannot get enough of Taraji P. Henson. Empire is back and better than ever! Many fans voiced their concerns when they began to hear about the number of guests that would be featured on the show this season yet the way in which Empire handles guest appearances is extremely effective. Chris Rock aka Frank Gathers came and went faster than we could say #FreeLucious.
