Vibe explains that Lil Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones, has given rapper, Rich Homie Quan a pass. The rapper wrote a beautiful message to the rapper via Instagram: “I loved you before and I’m gonna love you after Rich Homie. People make mistakes and things happen sometimes that we can’t fix or undo.”
According to Oxygen, Rich Homie was handpicked by Jones to assist her at VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors. We wonder if Lil Kim’s baby daddy, Mr. Papers also received a pass. Jones gave her daughter, Royal Reign a shoutout during her acceptance speech and the world swooned in unison as the camera panned to her.
His real name is Jeremy Neil and he was born in Honduras. The couple teamed up on the track “Pour It Up” back in 2013. Last year, Jones and Mr. Papers spent the entire summer insulting each other. The two rappers were in a furious custody battle over their daughter.
Mr. Papers, who is currently 27-years-old, eventually issued an apology via Instagram. Similar to the way Jones handled the Rich Homie Quan situation, she accepted the apology:
In both messages the Queen Bee explains that everyone makes mistakes. We can all learn from Jones’ ability to forgive. Don’t let a mistake be the reason you give up on a person.
