Haitian Jack looked guilty in Who Shot Tupac and Biggie? I think him and Jimmy Henchman know who killed Tupac. Jacques Agnant aka “Haitian Jack” is a music manager based in Harlem. Tupac thought that Jacques was an informant but Jacques denies being affiliated with the government.
Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond aka Booker is a music executive who managed several successful artists including The Game, Akon and Gucci Mane. In 2013, Henchman was sentenced to life in prison for multiple murders and drug trafficking charges.
