Abdul Razaka Ali Artan is the 18-year-old Ohio State University student that rammed his car into pedestrians, leaving 11 injured. Artan drove his vehicle into a crowd and began stabbing people with a butcher knife. Ohio State University Police Officer Alan Horujko shot and killed Artan. The 28-year-old officer was near the scene responding to a fire alarm.
