At What Time Is The National Moment Of Remembrance Held On Memorial Day?

The National Moment of Remembrance takes place at 3 PM on Memorial Day.  The Moment asks Americans to stop what they are doing for one minute in an act of national unity.

President Bill Clinton signed the act detailing the Moment on December 28, 2000.  Memorial Day has a rich history rooted in remembering people who have lost their lives serving in the American armed services.
