Ayanna Jackson, the woman who accused Tupac of rape, recently sat down with VladTV. She explains that she was 18 or 19 when she met Tupac at Nell’s, a nightclub in Manhattan. Although she wasn’t 21, she was drinking champagne. She was wearing jeans and Tupac approached her from behind and put his hands in the pockets of her jeans.

Ayanna Jackson told The Source that she decided to go through with the charges against Tupac and the three other men because when she left the hotel room, there were some undercover security officers in the elevator who asked her if she was okay. She explains that the officers knew who she was in the hotel room with and she broke down in the elevator.

Jackson says that she left her stuff in the hotel room so she was unable to go home. Instead, she went to the ER and they made sure she didn’t leave. Ayanna was then taken to the DA’s office. She explains that the DA wanted to prosecute Tupac and didn’t care about her as a victim.
November 14, 1993: Tupac is introduced to Ayanna at Nell’s
On November 14, 1993, Ayanna was at Nell’s night club in downtown New York. Her friend introduced her Nigel and Trevor and they introduced her to Tupac. He kissed her on the cheek and they had a brief conversation. Later that night, Ayanna and Tupac consensually hooked up at the night club.
November 18, 1993: Parker Meridien Hotel
On November 18, 1993, four days after hooking up with Tupac at Nell’s, Ayanna takes a cab to the Parker Meridien Hotel where Tupac staying. At the hotel, Ayanna meets Chris Fuller, Tupac’s road manager. He pays for the cab and leads her to Tupac’s hotel room. Nigel and Trevor were also in the rapper’s room.
Ayanna claims that she was raped by Tupac and three other men. Tupac was found guilty of groping Jackson but he was acquitted of sodomy. He was sentenced one and a half to four and a half years in jail but served eight months.
