Robert Ross aka Black Rob has sadly passed away. Rob’s friend, Mark Curry, shared a sad video of himself crying as he revealed that the 51-year-old former Bad Boy rapper has died.

Black Rob leaves behind four kids:

  3. Daughter: Rianna

In the video above, Rob explains that he didn’t know what type of record deal he initially signed with Bad Boy Records because he was dealing with child support at the time, and was desperate.

The tweet above explains that Diddy should give Black Rob’s children his masters and publishing. Revolt reports that Diddy reached out to Rob and tried to help him a few days before his death.

Black Rob’s Wife

Black Rob was not married at the time of his death. After his rap career, he stayed out of the limelight, and lived a private life.

Rob shared the pic above, with Faith Evans, back in 2015. He refers to Faith as his sister and we don’t think he was dating Biggie Smalls’ ex-wife.

Black Rob’s Net Worth

Despite Black Rob’s career as a rapper, he was not wealthy. While some believe he was worth millions at the time of his death, we estimate that the rapper was worth about $20,000. Black Rob shared the following video, revealing that he was homeless, a few days before his death:

Producer Mike Zombie later set up the following GoFundMe to help Rob find a home and get back on his feet.

Black Rob’s Cause Of Death

Deadline reports that Black Rob’s cause of death has not been released but it is known that he was battling kidney failure and in 2015, he had multiple strokes. In the video above, the rapped explained that he had suffered four strokes in five years.
