Conceited Raleigh, NC – Remy Ma Store

Remy Ma’s “Conceited” store in Raleigh, North Carolina is open! In episode 6 of Love and Hip Hop season 8, “Puppy Love” Remy invited Lil Mo to her grand opening which took place on August 20, 2017.  The rapper named her store after her 2005 track “Conceited (There’s Something About Remy).”  Like the song, the store was a hit.

Conceited is a fashion boutique that offers clothing for plus size women.  The store carries stylish clothing in sizes 0-5X.  Remy Ma’s fan base continues to grow, as proven by the large crowd that showed up to the store’s grand opening.  They chant Remy’s name and her and Papoose come out the store.  Remy cuts a red ribbon to let people in.

Remy has received positive reviews on Facebook and Yelp.  “Love the style and layout, the fashion is to die for.” Raleigh is one of the nation’s fastest growing cities.  Houses are affordable and there isn’t much crime.

Remy and Papoose were born and raised in New York City so Papoose wants Remy to open a Conceited in New York.  Remy wants to take small steps and probably likes how quiet and peaceful Raleigh is compared to New York.

New York is considered the land of opportunity but competition can be fierce.  Raleigh’s population is about 500,000 while New York City’s population is 8.5 million.  Remy should grow Conceited into a respectable brand before expanding to cities like New York and Los Angeles.

Papoose was excited about selling “Black Love” shirts at the store.  The video below shows him supporting Remy at Conceited’s grand opening.  Papoose and Remy take #RelationshipGoals to a new level.  Although Pap wants Remy to slow down and focus on having a baby, he supports everything she does and continues to help her achieve her goals.
