Hillary Clinton just hosted a Get-Out-the-Vote campaign rally in Cleveland, Ohio, making the timing of Dave Chappelle’s remarks perfect for Donald. Jay Z and Beyonce performed at the event, declaring their support for Clinton. The comedian described Trump as the most gangsta candidate ever because of how he handled himself throughout the debates.
