Did Kim have a stroke on Love and Hip Hop New York? No, Kim Wallace did not have a stroke, the reality star had a heart attack. In episode 3 of season 7, “Chest Pains” we see Kim, Samantha, Erika and Judy in a heated discussion about Mendeecees kids. Kim flips on Judy and Judy claps back. Suddenly, Kim places her hands on her chest and tells Sam that she’s experiencing chest pains.
Samantha asks Kim if she’s having a heart attack. Judy is still heated. She asks Kim if she’s being serious. Samantha calms Judy down and asks if anyone has an Aspirin. Samantha calls 911 and the show’s crew helps Kim. In the final scene of the episode Kim is rushed away in an ambulance.

Who Is Kim On Love And Hip Hop New York?
Kim Wallace on Love and Hip Hop New York is Samantha Wallace’s mother. Similar to #LHHNY star, Papoose, Kim was born in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. She grew up in the infamous Marcy Houses.
