The actress who played Faith on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Echo
on the show Dollhouse says she is
sober now for herself. Dushku is an alcoholic and a drug addict but she has
been sober for about 8 and a half years now. Although she said she initially got
sober for her family, she is staying sober for herself now.
According to reports, Dushku
said she liked drugs and alcohol a little too much but the drugs and
alcohol didn’t like her, her family, or her friends. Many of her friends are
now dead because of drugs and alcohol.
