This year’s Presidential Election is hard to escape and right now, we’re in the thick of the final days of the campaign season. So naturally, even Hollywood stars will be making their own endorsements — and the cast of Empire has endorsed Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton for President. The minute-long ad shows the actors talking about the big issues of this year’s election and features cast members Taraji P. Henson, Jussie Smollett, Tasha Smith, Bryshere Gray, Gabourey Sidibe, Trai Byers, and Grace Byers.

The ad spot is directed by Empire creator Lee Daniels, who spoke in favor of Clinton earlier this year at the Democratic National Convention, according to Time. Daniels also appears in the ad. “So many women and men died for us to have the right to vote,” he says. “Every time we sit out, we dishonor their sacrifices.”

“Trayvon Martin, Sandra Bland, Freddie Gray, Philando Castile,” Gray says in the video, speaking the names of those recently slain in police brutality. “There’s only one person in this race who said Black Lives Matter.”

“The violence and nasty rhetoric against mankind is unacceptable,” says Trai Byers. “I want a president who stands up against intolerance.”
