Erica Harris DeValve – Seth’s Wife

Erica Harris is Seth DeValve’s beautiful black wife.  Several NFL players, including Colin Kaepernick and Marshawn Lynch, have protested during the national anthem.  On Monday, August 21, 2017, Seth DeValve became the first white NFL player to kneel during the national anthem.  This is exactly what our nation needs.

Seth and Erica met while attending Princeton University.  They were in a class together where Seth’s guitar playing caught Erica’s attention.  Fans of BET’s The Quad were most likely reminded of Bo John’s relationship with Tiesha.

Bo John and Tiesha were at a HBCU while Erica and Seth graduated from Princeton.  Seth noticed Erica at church and they became friends.

The tweet below explains that it’s clear the country has serious issues when Seth DeValve, a white male, kneels for the anthem.  He was brave for what he did but there will definitely be negative backlash.  It’s important for us to come together to protect people like Seth.

Seth DeValve broke the ice and additional white players will most likely follow his lead.  We can no longer ignore the nation’s issues.  Thank you Seth!
