Love and Hip Hop Hollywood season 3, episode 11, “The Source” featured the return of Hazel-E. Fans of the series have been discussing the reality star’s plastic surgery. Back in July she showed off her surgery on social media. The Instagram pic below shows her with her oral surgeon, Dr. Aamir A. Wahab.
“The Source” shows Hazel meet up with her BFF Teairra Mari. The two ladies reminisce about old times, making it clear that their bond is still strong. They discuss the time when Hazel poured all of Teairra’s liquor out and filled the bottle with soda. Mari was so drunk that she didn’t even notice the difference!

While some people are ashamed of their plastic surgery, Hazel is the exact opposite. She’s happy to share the process with her fans. In the Instagram post below, Hazel shows off her new nose. She made an appearance on the Emmy Award-winning talk show, “The Doctors”:
