We recently learned that the rapper might have a fifth child by a fifth baby mama but he took a paternity test to prove that he is not the father.
He definitely has one daughter and three sons. Lil Wayne is 100% certain that he is the father of Reginae, Dwayne III, Cameron and Neal. A woman is trying to prove that he has another son named Dwayne.
Lil Wayne recently announced that he was done with Dedication 6 and will drop it very soon. The New Orleans native is one of the hardest working emcees in the game but he still finds time to spend with his kids.

1. Antonia “Toya” Wright is Reginae Carter’s mother
Lil Wayne and Antonia “Toya” Wright welcomed their daughter, Reginae Carter on November 29, 1998. Toya knew Wayne before the fame. When they met, she was 12 and he was 13. Two years later, Toya was pregnant with Reginae. Wayne and Toya got married in 2004 but separated in 2006. They still have a great relationship.

Lil Wayne’s son, Dwayne Carter III was born on October 22, 2008. His mother is radio personality, Sarah Vivan. She was born and raised in Cincinnati where she worked as a radio host for Streetz 94.5, an independent station. Sarah gave birth to Dwayne III at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.

On September 9, 2009, Lil Wayne and Lauren London welcomed a son named Kameron Carter. Many believe Wayne and London had a one night stand but they were actually in a serious relationship. Wayne and London were briefly engaged but they didn’t end up getting married. Wayne has tried to become a family man on multiple occasions but he always seems to fail.

4. Nivea Hamilton is Neal Carter’s mother
Lil Wayne and Nivea have a son named Neal Carter who was born on November 30, 2009. In the early 2000s, Nivea had a successful career as a singer. Her unforgettable song, “Don’t Mess With My Man” was nominated for a Grammy. In 2002, Wayne and Nivea became engaged but they didn’t end up getting married. In 2003, Wayne called off their engagement.

Keiotia Watson is currently trying to prove that Lil Wayne is the father of her son, Dwayne who was born in February of 2002. Keiotia claims that her and Wayne hooked up in 2001 and she has been trying to take the rapper to court for child support for more than 2 years.
