Lady Gaga is not transgender. She was born a female and is still a female.
Today reports that Lady Gaga will headline the Super Bowl for the second year in a row. The singer, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta will perform during the big game’s halftime show. The 30-year-old sang the national anthem at Super Bowl 50.
According to Billboard she’s the fifth woman to headline the Super Bowl. In 1996, Diana Ross became the first woman to headline the event. Although Ross did a magnificent job, it took 16 years for another woman to headline the game. In 2012, Madonna became the second female to headline the event.

One year after Madonna, another female stole the show: In 2013, Beyonce and Destiny’s Child delivered an unforgettable performance. Beyonce received most of the attention after her “Formation” performance at the 2016 Super Bowl yet Coldplay headlined the event.
In 2015, Katy Perry became the fourth woman to headline the Super Bowl. The 2017 Super Bowl will take place on February 5, 2017 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. NRG is the home of the Houston Texans. We can’t wait to see what Lady Gaga has planned. The talented artist never lets us down!
