We are sad to report that Young Dolph has passed away.

Fox 13 Memphis reports that the rapper was shot and killed in Memphis, TN on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. The information below is from a previous article that was written after the rapper was shot a few years ago.

Young Dolph got shot again but the rapper is not dead.  His beef with Yo Gotti has calmed down but there’s obviously people that want to see Dolph dead.  KTLA reports that the rapper, whose real name is Adolph Thornton, Jr. got shot in the parking lot of the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles.  He suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Heavy reports that the rapper suffered non-life threatening injuries.  Dolph is no stranger to violence. He owns a bulletproof SUV that I think he should drive more often.  It wouldn’t have helped in the situation.  The shooting occurred in the valet parking area.  Police are searching for the shooter who was last seen driving a gold Cadillac Escalade.

The tweet below explains that Dolph will most likely capitalize off this incident by putting it in the music.  The anger he feels will come out in his lyrics but that might make things worse for the Memphis rapper.

 

When rapper make it big, they’re usually advised to move out the hood.  There’s nothing you can do when the dangers of the hood won’t stop chasing you.  Dolph was in Hollywood not Memphis.  Keep him in your prayers.
