The talented rapper recently kicked a fan out her concert for having their phone out. The Brooklyn emcee used Jamie Foxx’s advice and blamed it on the alcohol. The incident occurred in Baltimore, Maryland at Paparazzi Nightclub.

All eyes were on Young M.A as those unfamiliar with the Brooklyn rapper began to search for more information. After hearing her for the first time many wonder if she’s a boy or girl.
According to The Boom Box Nicki Minaj gives the Brooklyn rapper a shout out in her “Pinkprint Freestyle”, calling her the female Jay. We were surprised to hear Minaj’s compliment because we thought that Minaj considered herself the female Jay-Z.

It’s great hearing new music from Nicki Minaj considering all the drama she’s been dealing with lately. Her brother, 37-year-old, Jelani Maraj recently received divorce papers from his wife. In December 2015 he was arrested for raping a 12-year-old on multiple occasions. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life in prison.
While Nicki represents Queens, Young M.A was born and raised in the same borough as Jay-Z, Brooklyn. Similar to Nicki, Young M.A experienced a tragedy involving her brother. When she was 17 her brother got murdered. The incident changed the rapper’s life and explains why she works so hard.
