The Jay-Z and Kanye West beef is officially over thanks to the rappers reuniting at P. Diddy’s 50th birthday party. People reports that Jay-Z and Kanye were seen at the event speaking to each other and sharing some laughs.
Tyler the Creator shared the following pic which shows Pharrell, Kanye, Diddy and Jay-Z:
Back in 2016, during one of Kanye’s rants, Mr. West revealed that his kids have never played with Blue Ivy. West also revealed that Jay-Z has “killers” and claimed that he was left off of Drake’s song “Pop Style” because of Jay-Z.
In a 2017 interview with The New York Times, Jay-Z explained that him and Kanye needed to have a discussion about the incident. Based on the way the rappers interacted at Diddy’s birthday party, it looks like that discussion happened and went well.’
In the video below, Jay doesn’t even acknowledge Kanye but a few minutes later, the pair were seen having a conversation:
As the tweet below explains, Jay-Z and Kanye have contributed to each other’s careers immensely over the years. Jay-Z helped introduced the world to Kanye West and Kanye has worked alongside Jay, assisting him with some of his best songs, including “Izzo (H.O.V.A.)”, “Heart of the City” and “Takeover.”
