Jerald Jeske is the Chicago attorney charged with throwing 2 dogs off a balcony. The Chicago Tribune reports that one of the dogs, a 17-year-old Chihuahua died and the second dog ran away.

According to WGN, the argument started inside a car where Jerald slapped his wife twice. He then claimed that she loved her dogs more than she loved him and he went into her house and threw both dogs off her second floor balcony. One of the dogs died and the other ran away.
