MC Lyte and her new husband, John Wyche tied the knot over the weekend. John is a Marine Corps Veteran. MC Lyte is 46 but she never gave up on love. They got married on the stunning beaches of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Kelly Price sang at the wedding which was held at the Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort.
Essence reports that the couple met last year online. We always hear negative stories about online dating but there are many success stories. MC Lyte has been working on her career since the 1980s. She started rapping when she was 12. That means she hasn’t had much free time to find love. It’s never too late!
