Bonnie-Jill was the NBA’s first female scout. She’s a Lakers expert. Along with being a scout for the team she also worked as an assistant general manager of the Lakers’ developmental team, the D-Fenders. Her boyfriend, Kareem Rush, played for the Lakers from 2002-2004. He played for the D-Fenders in 2012 and from 2013-2014.

Bonnie-Jill cheered for the Golden State Warriors
Laflin has cheered for numerous professional sports teams, including the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. Laflin became a Cowboys cheerleader when she was only 19-years-old. She reveals that she never knew how famous Dallas cheerleaders were until she started working with the team.
