There has been a major update in the Malachi Love Robinson trial. Robinson aka Dr. Love is the Florida teen who got caught pretending to be a doctor. Scroll to the video at the end of this article to hear Robinson’s 2016 interview. He was arrested in 2016. On Thursday, January 4, 2018, Malachi pleaded guilty to multiple felonies and was sentenced to three-and-a half years in prison.
In 2015, his mother revealed that Malachi was under the care of an actual doctor yet he was not taking his medicine. That was after Malachi opened a clinic in Boynton Beach. The Florida Department of Health forced him to close the clinic because he was operating it without a medical license.

The interview at the end of this article makes it clear that Malachi needed help. I think his sentence was harsh based on his mental health. He’ll also have to pay $80,000 when he’s released from prison. Con artists usually try to lay low to stay out of trouble. Robinson really thought he was a doctor and even agreed to do interviews.
