Rapper Yung Mazi Gets Shot In Atlanta Again – Songs

Atlanta rapper, Yung Mazi was shot in Atlanta, again.  The rapper, whose real name is Jibril A., walked into a Waffle House in Buckhead at 4 AM on Tuesday morning.  Men who were eating at the restaurant shot the rapper.  He was hit in his arm and didn’t suffer any serious injuries.  Yung Mazi has been shot 11 times.

Yung Mazi is best known for his 2013 song, “Dream.”  In the video at the bottom of this post the rapper explains why he keeps getting shot.  He says it’s because he is a “red dude” who wears expensive jewelry.  He explains that TV Johnny customized his teeth and he says that he wears a quarter million dollars worth of jewelry at all times.

The holidays have been hard on hip-hop.  The shooting occurs one day after a false rumor about Kodak Black being shot went viral.  On Christmas Day, rapper, Troy Ave was shot while he was on his way to visit his loved ones.

Similar to 50 Cent and Troy Ave, Yung Mazi has survived after being shot multiple times.  We think the rapper should move out of Atlanta.  There is clearly someone who doesn’t want him alive.  Likewise, Troy Ave should move away from New York City.
