Just when we thought Chateau Sheree was finished and lived in we find out that it may not be true. Well according to these lawsuits and a very disappointing start of this much anticipated four part reunion of “Real Housewives of Atlanta”, Sheree Whitfield reportedly owes a few people for building that mansion causing her to have a few tax liens on her name (or if Kenya Moore tells it the leans may be on Sheree’s mom Thelma’s name since her name is reportedly on the papers).

On the season finale, we saw Sheree have an extravagant housewarming party. She had one of next seasons returning housewives, Kim Zolciak, make a guest appearance and gather Kenya all the way up in what was the best Kenya read since Phaedra told her that she was “forced to go to a sperm bank and have her child from an unknown man who ejaculated in a cup for $10 to go and buy a pizza,” I know you remember that read.

Anyways, Sheree and the house looked beautiful not including her unfinished basement that she says in now finished. However, Sheree is reportedly being sued by a few people that she didn’t finished paying to work on her house.

From landscapers to contractors, Ms. Whitfield owes thousands of dollars to people that have worked on her home. In addition to that, Uncle Sam wants his coins that are owed to him bringing the alleged total amount of liens to a staggering $348,404. That’s a whole lot of money for a house that took five years to finish and has become quite an attraction site.

It looks like the housewife needs to take those reality TV checks she has and combine it with her “She by Sheree” line and “Who Gon Check Me Boo” shirts profit and pay the money that is owed because the information is all public.
