How Old Is Sister Jean?

Sister Jean is 98-years-old.  She turned 98 on August 21, 2017.  She has been with Loyola University Chicago for more than 25 years and has become a celebrity.

Sister Jean sends weekly scouting reports to the basketball team that includes constructive criticism on specific players.  The players explain that she’s their secret weapon.

Loyola Defeats Tennessee

In the second round of the NCAA Tournament the Loyola Ramblers defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 63 to 62.  Tennessee was ranked 3rd in the nation.  The video above shows Sister Jean’s reaction.

Basketball is all about confidence and a player’s ability to maintain a positive attitude.  With Sister Jean on Loyola University Chicago’s side they’ve had the faith to overcome obstacles and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them win the NCAA tournament.
