Jeff Flake Takes A Stand To Fix Broken Senate

Jeff Flake made it clear that he would not vote for Kavanaugh without an FBI investigation.  Flake suggested that there were other Republicans who agreed with his decision because they believe Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.

White House Limits Scope Of FBI’s Investigation

The FBI will investigate the allegations of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez yet they will not investigate Julie Swetnick’s claims.  Swetnick accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct at parties while he was a student at Georgetown Prep.  The White House counsel’s office gave the FBI a list of witnesses they are permitted to interview.

    Nancy Pelosi Calls Kavanaugh “Hysterical”

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called Kavanaugh “hysterical” and explained that he was unfit to be a Supreme Court judge.  Many were critical of Kavanaugh’s anger at the hearing.  On one hand, anyone falsely accused would be angry.  On the other hand, Kavanaugh must understand that the hearing is necessary because he has been accused of a serious crime.

  • Ana Maria Archila, Maria Gallagher – Protesters Confront Jeff Flake

Ana Maria Archila, Maria Gallagher – Protesters Confront Jeff Flake

Ana Maria Archila and Maria Gallagher were the women who confronted Senator Jeff Flake and stopped him from casting his vote to advance Brett Kavanaugh.  Archila and Gallagher cornered Flake and begged him to reconsider his support for Kavanaugh who’s been accused of sexual assault when he was a teenager.

In the video below, Archila reveals that she was raped as a child and she tells Flake that Dr. Christine Blasey Ford was telling the truth.

“What you are doing is allowing someone who actually violated a woman to sit on the Supreme Court”

Ana Maria Archila proclaimed that Senator Flake was allowing a man who violated a woman sit on the Supreme Court.  Archila reminded Flake that she stood in his office and revealed that she was a sexual assault survivor.  She explained that she told Flake her story because she recognized that Dr. Ford was telling the truth.

“I was sexually assaulted an nobody believed me”

Maria Gallagher explained that she was sexually assaulted and no one believed her.  She told Senator Flake that he was telling women that they don’t matter by supporting Brett Kavanaugh.

    Kavanaugh Confirmation Update

On Friday, September 28, 2018, President Donald Trump ordered the FBI to reopen the investigation of Brett Kavanaugh’s background.

A top Republican Senate staffer allegedly stifled testimony from Deborah Ramirez, the second woman who accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault.  Despite the overwhelming evidence against Kavanaugh, Republicans continue to support the Supreme Court nominee.

Julie Swetnick Is Represented By Michael Avenatti

Julie Swetnick is represented by Michael Avenatti, the same attorney who represented Stromy Daniels.  President Donald Trump isn’t happy about what’s happening to Brett Kavanaugh and he recently called out Avenatti.  The popular lawyer clapped back at the president by calling him a habitual liar:

Julie Swetnick Claims She Met Kavanaugh At A Party In The 1980s

Julie Swetnick claims that she met Kavanaugh and Mark Judge at a party in either 1980 or 1981.  She explains that she witnessed unacceptable behavior and says that Kavanaugh and Judge were joined at the hip.  Swetnick explains that Judge knows personal information about Kavanaugh that he refuses to share.

  • Elizabeth Rasor: Mark Judge Is A Liar

Elizabeth Rasor: Mark Judge Is A Liar

Elizabeth Rasor is Mark Judge’s ex-girlfriend who claims that he told her a different story about the horseplay that took place at Georgetown Prep.  The Cut explains that Rasor exposed Judge for lying about his high school days.  Judge previously called Dr. Christine Blasey Ford a liar explaining that Georgetown Prep parties were innocent.

Rasor’s comments appeared in The New Yorker’s article on Deborah Ramirez, Brett Kavanaugh’s second accuser.  Rasor revealed that she was in a relationship with Mark Judge for three years.

Elizabeth Rasor Met Mark Judge At Catholic University

Elizabeth Rasor and Mark Judge met at Catholic University.  Attending a Catholic college could explain why Rasor felt morally obligated to contradict Judge’s claims.

Mark Judge’s father, Joseph Judge also graduated from Catholic University and later became a writer and editor for National Geographic.  Mark’s grandfather, Joe Judge was a professional baseball player.  He played for the Washington Senator from 1915 to 1932.

Does Michael Avenatti Represent Elizabeth Rasor?

Attorney Michael Avenatti is most likely representing Elizabeth Rasor.  In the tweet below, Avenatti explains that he has evidence that Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge got women drunk and took advantage of them:

In the following tweet, Professor Daniel W. Drezner asks Avenatti if he’s representing Rasor:

The following tweet explains that Avenatti could represent a new accuser.

  • Deborah Ramirez Facebook, Twitter – Boulder Democrat Kavanaugh Accuser

Deborah Ramirez Facebook, Twitter – Boulder Democrat Kavanaugh Accuser

Deborah “Debbie” Ramirez of Boulder, CO is the second woman to make sexually misconduct allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.  The New Yorker explains that Ramirez’s claim dates back to the 1983-84 school year at Yale University.  She was a freshman and claims that Kavanaugh exposed himself during a dorm party.

    Deborah Ramirez’s Facebook Page?

Credibility is an important factor so let’s take a look at the initial reactions to Ramirez’s claims against Kavanaugh.  The following tweet claims that Deborah Ramirez has a picture on Facebook and she’s “almost naked.”

The tweet refers to the Deborah Ramriez in the following image.  The Facebook page was last updated in 2015 and Yale University is listed as a school she attended.

The following pic is from Ramirez’s article in The New Yorker.  She’s wearing a Puerto Rico shirt.

Coincidentally, the Deborah Ramirez in the Facebook post above lives in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico:

    Deborah Ramirez Facebook
    Deborah Ramirez Facebook

It’s easy to see that the Deborah Ramirez from the Facebook page is not the same Deborah Ramirez that has accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.  They don’t look similar and Kavanaugh’s accuser lives in Boulder, Colorado whereas the Deborah Ramirez on Facebook lives in Puerto Rico.

    Is Deborah Ramirez A Democrat?

Deborah Ramirez is a registered Democrat but explains that her choice to expose Kavanaugh was not about politics.  Her decision to speak out was motivated by social change and human rights.

    Twitter Reacts To Deborah Ramirez

In the tweet above, junior U.S. Senator Kristen Gillibrand explains that Senate Republicans attempted to rush a vote despite being aware of Ramirez’s potential allegations.

The tweet above highlights the uncertainty of Ramirez’s claims.  Unlike Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Ramirez hasn’t presented notes from a therapist or any evidence that helps prove that she’s telling the truth.  The following tweet explains that Kavanaugh may not have attended the party.

In the tweet below, Jennifer Rubin of The Washington Post explains that President Donald Trump still has more accusers than Kavanaugh.

President Trump nominated Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court in July of 2018.  Since then, Kavanaugh’s life has changed drastically.  He went from being a respected judge to a “dishonest” person who has allegedly committed sexual misconduct on multiple occasions.
