Is Angela Really Dead On Power? Spoilers

Yes, Angela Valdez dies on Power.  She gets shot in the chest by Tommy after kissing Ghost.

    Tommy Tried To Kill Ghost

Tommy was planning to shoot Ghost in the season 5 finale, “When This Is Over” but ends up shooting Angela.  While I believe Angela is dead, we won’t know for sure until season 6 of the Starz series.

Is Angela Really Dead On Power?

    First Raina, Now Angela

Power is the same series that killed Raina so you know they’re willing to kill off beloved members of the cast.  Many of the top shows on television require cast changes from season to season and some require main cast members to die.  This could be the case with Power.

Kanan’s son, Shawn is another beloved cast member that we saw die too soon.  Kanan killed him and karma finally caught up with him this season: Kanan finally died in season 5 of the series.

    Ghost Vs. Tommy

The tweet above says it all.  Who care if Angela is dead!? Season 6 of Power should be war.  There’s nothing in this world James “Jamie” St. Patrick loves more than Angela.  For a moment, I thought James was planning on killing Angela but then I thought about how much he loves her.

Ghost would do a life sentence for Angela.  Forget trying to dodge to Feds, season 6 of Power will be World War 3 aka Ghost will get his revenge on Tommy.

  • Power Season 5 Trailer – 50 Cent

50 Cent shared the Power season 5 trailer and broke the Internet! The series returns on July 1, 2018 on Starz.  Check out the trailer:

My Daughter Is Dead And Somebody Has To Pay For It

    Power Season 5 Trailer

Somebody has to pay for the death of Ghost’s daughter and I think it should be Tariq but that probably won’t happen.  Tariq is smart is just as sneaky as his father.  If it wasn’t for Tariq’s stupid decision making, Raina would still be alive.

    We Are All Responsible

In the trailer, Tasha proclaims, “We are all responsible” and she is exactly right.  It’s easy to blame Tariq for Raina’s death but Ghost and Tasha can also be blamed.

If Ghost didn’t leave his family for Angela he would’ve been able to keep Tariq in check.  If Tasha didn’t fall in love with Terry, she could have kept a closer eye on her kids and saved Raina’s life.

Tommy can also be blamed for Raina’s death.  He makes life more difficult for Ghost.  They are close friends but Tommy is a full time job.  The time Ghost spent with Tommy should have been spent with Raina and Tariq.

  • Omari Hardwick’s Wife, Jennifer Pfautch

Omari Hardwick and his wife, Jennifer Pfautch were recently spotted at ABFF Honors.  The couple was with their adorable daughter.

Check out this sneak peak of Power‘s fifth season which is scheduled to release this summer:

Here’s another pic of Hardwick and his beautiful wife:

    Omari Hardwick Wife Jennifer Pfautch

She has been riding with him since he lived in his car.  In the picture above, Jennifer was 3 months pregnant with their adorable son.  Omari grew up in Georgia and earned a football scholarship to the University of Georgia.  He didn’t get drafted but tried out for the San Diego Chargers.  He didn’t make the team so Hardwick decided to focus on his acting career.

In 2004, Omari landed a role on Sucker Free City, a TV movie directed by Spike Lee.  He played Dante Ponce.  A decade plus of hard work has made Hardwick a household name.ABC News reports that over 2 million fans watched the season two finale of Power.  Most of those fans can’t get enough of James “Ghost” St. Patrick.  Similar to Empire‘s Lucious Lyon, he’s everyone’s favorite former drug dealer who continues to get away with murder.  According to Yahoo Jamie is trying to do right but his past life just won’t take “no” for an answer.

Whether he’s killing kingpins like Vladimir or attempting to outsmart Milan, Ghost always seems to have everything figured out.  One thing Mr. St. Patrick can’t seem to figure out is the ladies.  In one of the show’s most recent episodes he was forced to break Angela’s heart as he continues to disagree with his baby mama, Tasha.  James is played by actor Omari Hardwick who doesn’t have the same problems with his wife, Jennifer Pfautch.

    Omari Hardwick’s Wife, Jennifer Pfautch
Back in 2014, the actor clapped back at fans who insulted his beautiful wife.  Many of the messages people wrote about her involved her race which is just sad.  We’re glad that Hardwick didn’t pull a Ghost and murder the ignorant Internet trolls.
The couple got married back in 2012 and similar to Ghost he has done everything possible to keep his personal life private.  Last year, the couple welcomed their second child yet Omari didn’t even share the news with fans because of what his family experienced in 2014.

This post contains spoilers.  If you haven’t watched the season 4 finale of Power you should stop reading.  The Starz series continues to get better despite leaked episodes and Raina’s death.  Surprisingly, Raina’s death brought the St. Patrick family together.

    Tariq becomes Ghost

They say the sins of the father fall on the child and that’s exactly what’s happening to Tariq.  Whether you approve of Ghost’s decisions or not, he is a liar, a drug dealer and a murderer.  Tariq is paying for Ghost’s decisions in numerous ways.  Raina would still be alive if Ghost lived a life of honesty.  In the season 4 finale, “You Can’t Fix This” Tariq shoots and kills Ray Ray, becoming a murderer, just like his father.

Kanan, Tommy and Ghost, the brothers are back together

Kanan hates Ghost for getting him sent to prison but Kanan, Ghost and Tommy all hate Dre.  If it wasn’t for Dre, Raina would still be alive.  Dre kept Tariq’s secrets, leading Tariq to the dark side that his parents tried to protect him from.  Dre pulled a divide and conquer move on Tommy and Dre has what Kanan wants: Power.

  • How To Watch Power Early? – Spoilers

Download the Starz app to watch Power early.  Here’s a link to the Starz app on the Google Play Store and here’s a link to the Apple Store.  Episode 5 of season 4, “Don’t Thank Me” was one of the best episodes of Power I’ve ever seen.  Ghost is finally free! He was able to convince Angela that he didn’t murder Agent Greg Knox.

Angela reviewed the footage from the surveillance camera at Truth and she knows James never hid a gun in his office.  Prior to finding out that he would be released, Ghost almost got himself in some serious trouble for another murder.  Charlie Murphy’s character, Marshal Clyde Williams, pushed Ghost over the edge.  Ghost was in the prison’s weight room working out when the Marshal came in and started insulting James’ family.

How To Watch Power Early? Spoilers

Marshal Williams picked the wrong day to mess with Ghost.  He had a horrible day in court and was trying to burn off some steam.  The Marshal beat Ghost up on prior occasions but not this time around.  St. Patrick punched the Marshal several times before smashing his head with a weight.James wasn’t thinking.  If there was proof that he murdered the Marshal, he would have received the death penalty.  Luckily, there were no cameras in the weight room and Tony Teresi came in and saved the day.  He killed another prisoner and him and James made it look like a murder-suicide.

  • Omari Hardwick – Son Died

Omari Hardwick’s son died around the same time his father was shot six times.  As Ghost on Power, Hardwick can’t get anything right in his love life.  In reality, him and his wife, Jennifer Pfautch, have a great relationship.  She has helped him through numerous tragedies.  About 2 years before Hardwick’s son passed, his brother was shot 10 times.

Amazingly, Omari’s father survived being shot six times.  A miracle similar to 50 Cent’s survival in real life and on Power.  In 2000, 50 Cent was shot 9 times.  On the finale episode of Power‘s second season, Ghost left 50’s character, Kanan to die but he survived.  Omari and 50 have been through it all, explaining why 50 chose him to play Ghost (James St. Patrick).

    Omari Hardwick Son Died

Omari’s son on Power, Tariq St. Patrick is played by Michael Rainey Jr.  Kanan has control of his mind.  Tariq is convinced that his dad is a horrible person and can’t forgive him for leaving their family.  “Jamie” left his family for his childhood girlfriend, Angela Valdes.  She thinks he murdered her ex-boyfriend, Greg Knox but James wouldn’t murder a Fed.

In one of the saddest scenes ever, James asks Tommy to take care of his family.  Ghost is starting to lose hope but his luck is about to change!
