Edgar Maddison Welch of Salisbury, North Carolina is the 28-year-old man who fired a gun at a pizza place in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, December 4, 2016.  Edgar entered the restaurant and pointed a gun at an employee.  The employee ran and notified the police.  Welch fired the rifle but no one was hurt.
