Quincy Homere Jamar Hill Quincy Homere and Jamar Hill were arrested for the 2015 murder of rapper Lionel “Chinx” Pickens.  The rapper was murdered in a drive-by-shooting in New York City.  Jamar Hill is 26 and Quincy Homere is 32.  They are both from Long Island and were both already locked up on separate charges.…
