Tekashi 69 aka Daniel Hernandez was denied bail on Monday, November 19, 2018 after a prosecutor convinced a judge that the rapper participated in numerous violent acts as a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Here’s 6IX9INE’s indictment:

6IX9INE should have learned from Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 gang. The feds keep a close eye on rappers and their crews. Here’s a list of the Nine Trey members who were named in the indictment:
- Daniel Hernandez aka “6IX9INE”
- Jamel Jones aka “Mel Murda“
- Kifano Jordan aka “Shotti“
- Jensel Butler aka “Ish”
- Faheem Walter aka “Crippy”
Fuguan Lovick aka “Fu Banga” is mentioned in count seven of the indictment:
“On or about April 21, 2018, in the Southern District of New York and elsewhere, Fugan Lovick aka “Fu Banga”, the defendant, during and in relation to a crime of violence for which he may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, namely, the assault with a dangerous weapon, as charged in Count Six of this Indictment, knowingly did use and carry a firearm, and in furtherance of such crime did possess a firearm, and did aid and abet the use, carrying and possession of a firearm, which was brandished and discharged.”
“Nine Trey Engaged In A Series Of Violent Disputes With Rivals Of Nine Trey”
The indictment explains that members of Nine Trey engaged in violent disputes with rival gangs and with those “within Nine Trey who they deemed disloyal to the Enterprise. During these disputes, members and associates of Nine Trey committed multiple shootings, robberies and assaults against their rivals and fellow Nine Trey members.”
“Jordan, Butler, Hernandez, Walter and others agreed to shoot an individual, who had shown disrespect to members of Nine Trey”
There’s no doubt when it comes to 6IX9INE and his crew being about that life. Disrespect Nine Trey and you could lose your life! The indictment reveals that the gang tried to shoot someone who disrespected them and an innocent bystander was shot. The incident occurred on or about July 16, 2018.
