Zack From ‘Saved By The Bell’ Apologizes For Racist Episode
In a 2016 NME article, actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar, who played Zack on Saved by the Bell apologizes for a racist episode from November of 1990. The episode featured the story of Zack’s Native American ancestry and Zack is seen putting war paint on Screech and giving him a tomahawk.
