Empire TV Show Jamal Hakeem Lyon Fight |

It feels like with every new episode loyalties are shifting on Empire Season 2. Lyon family members frequently shift between the more established recording company Empire Entertainment and Cookie Lyon’s brand new enterprise Lyon Dynasty. Confused? Don’t worry, we have you covered.
I think it’s about time that we jot down these loyalties — of course, until they change in the next episode. But hey, as Jamal sings this season, in “Ain’t About The Money,” Season 2 is all about the power. Let’s see who has it and where:
EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT
Lucious Lyon – Even a stint in jail couldn’t keep him from the company he built.
Jamal Lyon – The heir apparent. He’s currently struggling with the whole art vs. business — which will prevail in his heart?
Andre Lyon – Lucious welcomed back the eldest Lyon child back to the company after Andre confessed to killing Vernon and not feeling comfortable at Lyon Dynasty.
Mimi Whiteman – Millionaire lesbian who owns a chunk of Empire and we’re not quite sure of her motives. Does she just feel like investing in the music business? Or is there something more to it?
LYON DYNASTY
Cookie Lyon – The Queen of Empire took her throne to this new label. Cookie is a fighter and knows Lucious better than anyone, but can she come out on top in this battle?
Hakeem Lyon – Even though he’s Team Cookie right now, Hakeem showed us last week that he still wants his father’s approval — and he’s incredibly jealous of Jamal. He needs Lyon Dynasty to help him create his own path and maybe his girl group.
Tiana Brown – She jumped ship from Empire to Cookie’s label, but we have not seen enough of this up-and-coming pop star. Tiana became a regular cast member this season.
WILD CARD
Anika “Boo Boo Kitty” – Cookie doesn’t trust her, and with good reason. Do we know which team she’s on right now?
Who are you rooting for — Empire or Lyon Dynasty?
