In Antonia “Toya” Wright’s new book “In My Own Words…My Reality” the New Orleans native discusses her falling out with Tamar Braxton.  Toya reveals that she was banned from appearing on the talk show while Tamar was a host.  This was surprising news considering the fact that Tamar defended Toya from K. Michelle.

Wendy Williams was one of the few media outlets that shared quality information about Tamar Braxton being fired from The Real.  She explained that it was a mutual decision and this new information from Toya explains why the decision had to be made.  Tamar has control issues that were negatively impacting the show.

Wendy shared her theory regarding little sister syndrome.  The youngest child is usually the spoiled one that never gets in trouble.  The show gave Tamar her way one too many times by granting her ridiculous wishes.  When Tamar’s requests began to have a negative impact on the show, it was time for her to go.

When a popular author, like Toya Wright, is releasing a new book, you have to be able to invite her to the show without hesitation.  Tamar’s restrictions made it impossible to do so therefore she had to go.  Wendy further explains that Tamar was not advertiser friendly and her household was receiving two checks from the show: One for her and the other for her husband, Vincent who was the show’s executive producer.
