You’re not the only person that can’t find their Snapchat filters. I logged on this morning and only had one. The app’s new update caused filters to disappear. The company advises users to update the app to the latest version: 9.41.1 if you don’t see your lenses. The update should solve the problem. The company continues to improve the image messaging app.
Minus the minor filter issue the company has been making all the right moves. If you’re constantly watching your ex’s Story, by accident, you don’t have to worry about that anymore. The auto-advance feature has finally been buried. If Snapchat continues to listen to our prayers, it will eventually leave Instagram in the dust.
Why Do I Only Have One Filter On Snapchat? |
In April 2016, Snapchat finally surpassed Instagram as the mobile app of choice for teens. It’s hard to believe that the company is only five years old. For me, it’s the user experience that sets it apart from the competitors. Who knew how much users loved swiping screens? At one point, I didn’t want to see anymore slideshows on websites but it’s just fine on Snapchat.
The company’s hard work starts now, as they shift from being an app loved by teens, to an app used by the world. Facebook has done a brilliant job profiting from the transition and we’ll soon see if Snapchat will be able to do the same.
