The beef between Young Dolph and Yo Gotti is getting serious. Listen to Young Dolph’s latest release “Play Wit Yo B” at the end of this post. Young Dolph starts the track by explaining how much everyone loves him except one group of people. The rapper, whose real name is Adolph Thornton, Jr. says that he heard Yo Gotti slick dissing him on his mixtape and he’s tired of it.
Yo Gotti wanted to sign Dolph back in the day but Dolph declined. Young Dolph put his blood, sweat and tears into his record label, Paper Route Empire, and wasn’t interested in signing with anyone. Yo Gotti is the king of Memphis so he didn’t understand why a Memphis artist wouldn’t be thrilled to sign with him.

Then Young Dolph named his debut album King Of Memphis, an obvious shot at Yo Gotti. His Twitter name is @YoGottiKOM and the “KOM” stands for King Of Memphis. Yo Gotti didn’t have any problems signing Memphis rapper Blac Youngsta but Young Dolph is a boss.
