Hakeem does not lack any talent and every 40+ year old in Empire wants to join forces with the future of Empire.  Who will Hakeem be most successful with? Which character’s vision does Hakeem make his best music with?


Hakeem x Camilla
In the latest episode of Empire, “Sins of the Father” Camilla showed that she may bring the most out of Hakeem.  SOHH.com explains that Camilla tells Hakeem to keep his eye on the prize because they are a team dubbing the new album “Anthony & Cleopatra”.  Hakeem was able to show his lighter side and seemed to enjoy singing on the track:

Hakeem x Lucious
Lucious grew up in the streets.  He wants Hakeem’s music to reflect the serious conditions of the streets and he wants Hakeem to remain a rapper as opposed to a crossover artist.  Lucious is proud of Hakeem when Hakeem shows anger in his rhymes:
