The best time to post on Instagram on Tuesdays is 3:00 AM and 10:00 PM.  The chart below was created by the Instagram scheduling service Latergramme.  The company analyzed over 60,000 accounts to determine when their IG images received the most likes and comments.

The Huffington Post explains that on average 2 AM and 5 PM are the best times to post on IG if you want your post to get the most attention.  Keep in mind that these are the average optimal times to post.  It’s important to consider you audience.  If your followers would most likely be sleeping at 2 AM then you may want to select a different time.

When you are deciding what to post, remember that Tuesday is one of the most stressful days of the week for most people.  The Telegraph explains that Monday is a breeze for most people thanks to the pleasures of the weekend.
