Vogue reports that Kendall Nicole Jenner has become the breakout model of her generation. The beautiful supermodel landed the September cover of Vogue magazine, further proving that the Kardashian-Jenner family’s future may be brighter than its past. In her interview with Vogue the reality star discusses how difficult her father’s transition was for her and her family.

Kendall explains that she gets emotional when she looks at old pictures of her and her dad. The 20-year-old has experienced some of her own transitions over the past few years, including adding some new tattoos. The Daily Mail explains that back in 2011 she backed out of getting “vons tees belles” on the back of her neck. The phrase is French and means “you are beautiful” in English.

Although she doesn’t have a tattoo on her neck she does have two tattoos. They are both very small and white because she takes modeling very seriously. Her and her best friend, Hailey Baldwin, have matching finger tattoos. We love how much thought she has put into her ink. I made the mistake of getting way too many tattoos way too early and I now have some that I want removed.

Unlike Kendall, Hailey’s heart is red. There’s nothing like true friendship. No matter what Jenner or Baldwin may be going through, they can look down at their fingers to be reminded that their best friend has their back.
