Donatella Panayiotou is one of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood‘s newest cast members.  She’s a former MTV host who was previously in a relationship with NBA star, Nick Young.  Panayiotou was born on February 20, 1984 and got her start in London.  She has a huge following thanks to her popular YouTube channel.

Donatella is friends with every character on Love and Hip Hop Hollywood but that’s not a good thing.  She’s the reason why Hazel E and Masika Kalysha got into a fight.  There are some cast members that should never be around each other but Donatella doesn’t understand that.

Donatella’s reaction to Hazel E and Masika’s fight was pure comedy.  Masika pulled Hazel’s wig off and Donatella advised her to get it stitched on next time.

Donatella called Hazel E out for claiming to follow the girl code.  Panayiotou is all about empowering the show’s female cast members.  She gave Brooke Valentine a motivational pep talk about her career and she’s letting Bridget Kelly perform at her upcoming fashion show.  In the video at the end of this article “Little Donatella” is seen interviewing Lil Durk.
